How much sugar is in a bottle of coke?
Question Date: 2006-01-20
Answer 1:

In a can of coke there are 39 g of sugar.

A can contains 355 ml coke. So, in 100 ml of coke you have about 11 g sugar. If you drink a 500 ml bottle of coke you get 55 g sugar, a one liter bottle has 111g sugar.

Your daily intake of carbohydrates depends very much on how much you exercise. But in general a 14 year old person does need about 350g of carbohydrates a day and it should not come only from sugar. What other things that you eat have carbohydrates?
