I measured insect respirometry in Carbon dioxide ppm and I'm looking for an equation to convert that into oxygen.

Answer 1:

There are two atoms of oxygen in a molecule of elemental oxygen. There are two atoms of oxygen in a molecule of carbon dioxide. 2/2 = 1. They are equivalent.
