How can I know the process to make crystals in a short time, like 2 months?
Answer 1:

If you boil saltwater away, you will leave salt crystals behind (although they will be very small). If you let the water evaporate more slowly, the crystals will be bigger, and the slower it is, the bigger they will be. The same will happen with sugar or anything else that you can dissolve in water.
