What is the reaction of a plant when you add Clorox?
Question Date: 2011-02-22
Answer 1:

A plant will die if you add clorox bleach. Bleach kills bacteria and plants need certain bacteria to break down nutrients in the soil for the plant to use. When bleach kills these bacteria, the plant will not have all the nutrients it needs and it will die.
