Which are the places (countries/oceans) where whales live?
Question Date: 2011-05-09
Answer 1:

Great question! Whales live in many places all over the world, including all 5 oceans in the world and most seas. There are 11 different types of whales, which all like to live in different places. Most whales don't stay in the same place all year round either, instead they move depending on the temperature of the water (whales prefer warmer water) and available food (they have to eat, so if their food moves so do they). Did you know that humpback whales only eat during the summer when food is available, and they live off their stored fat during the winter!
