Answer 1:

You are indeed correct that the phenomenon of UFOs is a strange one. I must confess that I have never seen a UFO or much convincing evidence that they exist. It is a very interesting topic though and one that I encourage you to pursue. I suspect that a typical web search will give you web sites of organizations that believe in UFOs and will therefore give you the most convincing evidence that they do exist. It is possible that some of this evidence is fake and also possible that the pictures are taken from a situation that isn't really a UFO but appears to be because of the way the picture was taken. But I do not want to discourage you from the possibility that the evidence is real either. I hope you will explore these websites more and see if you can find websites with very scientific information about UFOs. For the point of view that UFOs do not exist follow some of the links from http://www.ufomind.com/people/role/skeptic/.
Many of these views will be very biased but it is interesting to see the views of organizations that are often accused of hiding information such as the U.S. Air Force and those of prominent astronomers such as Carl Sagan.
A more general address that looks at UFOs with all points of view is http://www.ufomind.com/ufo/. Also look at http://ufos.miningco.com/
for links to several UFO related websites. Again, be careful of the things people say on these sites because many people on both sides have very strong opinions and may present information in a misleading way. Good luck with your search and have fun with this exciting topic!

Answer 2:

http://www.cseti.com/

The head of this organization is very well versed in this area.

Answer 3:

UFO, as I'm sure you know, stands for Unidentified Flying Object. I'm sure there are plenty of those out there. What there is no evidence of, as far as I know, is that any of the UFO's that have been seen are of extraterrestrial origin (meaning an unnatural flying object from somewhere other than Earth). If UFO's are of Earthly origin what do you think they could be?
