That's a very interesting question! I'm sure
you know that when you have a cold, the mucus in
your nose gets runny and drips out of your nose
because of gravity. In space, however, there is
no gravity, so if you have a nose full of mucus
while floating around in space, there wouldn't
be any gravity to pull the mucus down. Your nose
will probably just be clogged with mucus and not
drip out.

Great question! In space, there is very low
gravitational force on astronauts. In this
condition, water molecules are not being pulled
towards the ground, and will float (like
astronauts). So when you´re in space, your nose
won´t drip like it does on earth. But you could
still blow your nose to get the mucous (snot)
out.
