| Thank you for those answers. I do have another
question. So since i'm doing 5 cakes using whole
eggs and 5 cakes using egg whites. Would I
compare the density of the whole egg cake with
the density of the egg white cake and then from
comparing both densities I would find which one
is fluffier right?
