What are the benefits and harms of solar radiation and solar rays?
Question Date: 2013-04-25
Answer 1:

Solar radiation is the source of almost all energy on Earth (the rest comes from radioactive decay in the Earth's interior). High-frequency light from the sun can damage molecules, and of course too much energy can result in harm from heat as well.
