How can I get electricity started with just a battery, two wires, and a light bulb?

Answer 1:

When you connect the battery to the light bulb, it is electricity what starts running through the bulb and lights it. The electricity is stored in the battery and it only flows when you close a circuit with the battery and the light bulb:
