Does the temperature of the water affect submarine activity?
Question Date: 2015-02-20
Answer 1:

Most oceanic life is cold-blooded, so they are limited by temperature, yes. Undersea geologic activity isn't affected by temperature much - the temperatures inside of the Earth are so great that the minor differences across the Earth's surface are barely noticeable to them.
