Can a black hole die?
Question Date: 2015-09-24
Answer 1:

Black holes aren't really alive, so "death" isn't really what happens to them. They do emit very small amounts of light, which will very slowly cause them to evaporate, but this takes an incredibly long time, much longer than the age of the universe.
