Does the moon really affect our mood?
Question Date: 2016-08-31
Answer 1:

The moon has long been thought by many to influence our mood and daily life. Everything from mood to sleep cycles to intelligence to becoming a werewolf has been attributed to the moon. This all appears to be wishful thinking however, studies have found no difference in moods, sleep cycles, or daily activities caused by the moon.

So while the moon might look cool and influence your mood by making you happy to look at it, the moon itself doesn’t have an impact on our moods.
