I tested the electrical output of fruits and the kiwi put out the most, why?

Answer 1:

Probably because kiwis are the most acid of the fruits that you tested (no wonder kiwis are sour as well as sweet, right?). The electrical output depends on the acidity of the fruit that you are using; the more acid the fruit, the more the output.
