Is there any possible way to access neuronal stem cells or produce them? Thank you so much for all your help!

Answer 1:

I don't think we, ourselves, can access neural stem cells [outside our brains, where we have them!], because we're not working in research labs.

The wikipedia article says neural stem cells were first isolated from a part of the mouse brain in the 1990s.
